RChat - Voice Chat Room
Last Updated: August 4, 2026

RChat is a social voice-chat and chatroom app operated by PBP. These Community Guidelines explain what is and is not allowed. They apply to profiles, avatars, rooms, room notices, public and private messages, voice communication, gifts, comments, reports, and every other RChat feature.

By using RChat, you agree to follow these Guidelines, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy.

1. Be Respectful

Do not harass, insult, bully, threaten, stalk, shame, humiliate, intimidate, blackmail, repeatedly target, or encourage others to attack or mass-report a person. Respect another user's privacy, boundaries, and decision to block or disengage.

2. No Hate Speech or Discrimination

RChat does not allow hateful or dehumanizing content, discrimination, or targeted abuse based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, language, social background, or another protected or personal characteristic.

3. No Sexual or Pornographic Content

Do not upload, send, speak, request, promote, sell, or facilitate pornography, nudity, sexually explicit or suggestive content, sexual voice content, sexual harassment, non-consensual intimate content, sexual services, or sexual exploitation.

4. Child Safety: Zero Tolerance for CSAE and CSAM

RChat is for users aged 18 or older. RChat explicitly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

CSAE includes sexual abuse or exploitation of a person under 18, grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, trafficking for sexual exploitation, coercion, sexualization of a minor, or encouraging or facilitating any such conduct.

CSAM includes any visual depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct. The prohibition applies to real, altered, computer-generated, animated, or otherwise manipulated material when it depicts or facilitates sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor.

When RChat obtains actual knowledge of suspected CSAM or serious CSAE, it may remove content, immediately and permanently ban involved accounts, preserve relevant evidence where legally required, and report confirmed CSAM to NCMEC and/or the appropriate regional law-enforcement or child-safety authority in accordance with applicable law.

Child Safety Point of Contact: rchat308@gmail.com

Use RChat's in-app report mechanism for urgent reports. Do not redistribute suspected CSAM or attach it to an email. Instead, provide the RChat User ID, room ID, time, date, and a description so the safety team can investigate through authorized systems.

5. No Violence, Self-Harm, or Dangerous Behavior

Do not threaten or encourage violence, self-harm, suicide, harm to others, terrorism, violent extremism, dangerous challenges, or criminal injury. Graphic content intended to shock, glorify violence, or target victims is prohibited.

6. No Fraud, Scam, Spam, or Impersonation

Do not use RChat for phishing, spam, fake giveaways, fake purchase or payment offers, fraudulent links, chargeback abuse, identity theft, fake official or admin identity, coordinated manipulation, unauthorized promotion, bots, or scripts.

7. No Illegal or Restricted Activity

Do not use RChat to promote, arrange, sell, or support illegal drugs, illegal weapons, human trafficking, unlawful gambling, hacking, malware, stolen goods, financial fraud, blackmail, identity theft, or any activity prohibited by applicable law.

8. Voice Room Rules

9. Chat and Private Message Rules

Do not send harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content, CSAE or CSAM, scams, spam, phishing, malware, harmful links, illegal offers, unwanted repetitive messages, or another person's private information without permission.

10. Profiles, Avatars, Rooms, and Notices

Profile names, avatars, room names, room images, and notices must not contain prohibited sexual, hateful, violent, fraudulent, illegal, misleading, impersonating, privacy-violating, or copyright-infringing content.

11. Privacy and Personal Information

Do not expose another person's phone number, address, identity document, private image, financial information, login credential, or other non-public personal information without authorization. Never request another user's password or one-time verification code.

12. Coins, Gifts, and Purchase Rules

Violations may result in transaction reversal, feature restriction, suspension, or permanent ban.

13. Owner and Admin Responsibility

Room owners and admins must use moderation tools fairly and in good faith. They must not use room authority to harass, exploit, scam, retaliate against, or unfairly silence users, and must act on serious safety violations within their control.

14. Reporting Violations and In-App Feedback

RChat provides an in-app mechanism for users to submit reports, concerns, or feedback. Use the Report option where displayed on a profile, room, message, or other supported surface. Reports may also be sent to rchat308@gmail.com.

Include the RChat User ID, room ID, date and time, a clear description, and screenshots when safe and lawful. Do not download, forward, or attach suspected CSAM.

15. Moderation Actions

Depending on severity and context, RChat may issue a warning, remove or restrict content, mute, block chat, remove a user from a room, restrict a room, suspend or permanently ban an account, remove owner/admin privileges, restrict features, preserve evidence, or report conduct to appropriate authorities.

16. Appeals

To appeal an enforcement action, email rchat308@gmail.com with your User ID, account information, the action being appealed, and a clear explanation. An appeal does not guarantee reversal.

17. Updates and Contact

We may update these Guidelines as RChat, safety risks, or applicable requirements change. For reports, safety concerns, complaints, or questions, contact rchat308@gmail.com.
