You may request permanent deletion of your RChat account and associated personal data from inside the app or through this public web resource. You do not need to reinstall RChat to submit an external request.

Request Account Deletion

If the button does not open your email app, send the request manually to rchat308@gmail.com with the subject RChat Account Deletion Request.

1. Request from Inside RChat

Open:

RChat App > Settings > About Us > Account Deletion

Follow the displayed steps to initiate the request. The deletion option must not be confused with logging out, disabling, freezing, or temporarily suspending an account.

2. Request from This Website

Email rchat308@gmail.com and include:

Your RChat User ID.
Your registered email address or phone number.
Your profile name or nickname.
A clear statement that you want the RChat account and associated personal data permanently deleted.

Security: RChat will not ask you to send your password, one-time verification code, Google password, payment PIN, or full identity-document image by ordinary email.

3. Ownership Verification

Before deletion, we may use reasonable verification steps to confirm that the request comes from the account owner. Verification may include contacting the registered email address or phone number, checking the RChat User ID, or asking you to confirm limited account information.

If the information is insufficient or inconsistent, we may request additional non-secret details needed to prevent unauthorized deletion.

4. Processing Time

After successful verification, the deletion request will be processed within 30 days. We may contact you if additional information is required. There is no fee for submitting a deletion request.

5. Data We Delete or Irreversibly De-identify

When deletion is completed, RChat will delete the account and associated personal data, including, as applicable:

Account record and authentication link used to access RChat.
Profile name, nickname, profile details, profile image, and personal settings.
Uploaded room images and user-generated profile or room information linked to the account.
Follow and follower relationships and similar personal connections.
Device or notification identifiers linked only to the deleted account.
Other personal data associated with the account that is not subject to a legitimate retention requirement.

Messages, reports, transaction entries, or other records that involve other users may be deleted or irreversibly de-identified so they are no longer associated with your active identity, unless limited retention is necessary for safety, fraud prevention, payment verification, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

6. Limited Data That May Be Retained

RChat may retain only the minimum information reasonably necessary for legitimate purposes such as:

Fraud, abuse, and account-security prevention.
Payment or purchase records needed for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Chargeback handling or other applicable legal obligations.
Safety and moderation investigations, including child-safety records.
Legal claims, dispute resolution, enforcement of rights, or compliance with applicable law.

Retained information is restricted, is not used to continue the deleted account as an active service, and is deleted or irreversibly de-identified when the legitimate retention purpose ends.

7. What Account Deletion Means

Account deletion is permanent. It is not a temporary deactivation, freeze, or logout. After completion, you will lose access to the account and associated profile, rooms, supported chat history, coins, gifts, levels, badges, rankings, and other digital items. Deleted digital items and access generally cannot be restored.
